Conducting business in a foreign country presents multinational companies with a host of additional responsibilities, not least of which the provision of best possible quality medical services to expatriate staff. WTMC is geared towards providing practical, cost effective recommendations on structures, drugs and disposables, equipment, and staff, in line with company policy and most importantly won’t compromise on employee wellbeing.
Such recommendations are presented in a written report following a site inspection during which existing facilities (if any) are inspected, with careful specific attention being paid to equipment and drugs and disposables. During the assessment the host country network is inspected with special attention to facilities surrounding the base of operation, but also evaluating the quality of healthcare in the region and capital cities.
Following a site medical assessment a Medical Incident Management Guideline is drafted based on the information acquired during the site assessment.
